All plants and botanical arrangements from shunrynnphroxxen are carefully selected and inspected before delivery. We stand behind the quality of our products with the following assurances:

  • Plants are sourced from reputable nurseries
  • Each plant is inspected for health before installation
  • We provide care instructions to help your plants thrive
  • Our team is available for follow-up questions and guidance

Return Eligibility

Products Eligible for Return

The following items may be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Plants that arrive damaged or in poor condition
  • Containers or accessories that arrive defective
  • Items that differ significantly from their description

Products Not Eligible for Return

Due to the living nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Plants that have declined due to improper care after delivery
  • Custom or specially ordered items
  • Products modified after installation
  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return or report an issue with your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for plant quality concerns
  • Provide photos of the plant or product showing the issue
  • Include your order information and a description of the problem
  • Our team will review and respond within 2 business days

Refunds and Replacements

Upon approval of your return request, we offer the following options:

  • Replacement with an identical or similar plant
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Full or partial refund to the original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Service Satisfaction

For design and installation services, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the completed work:

  • Contact us within 7 days of installation completion
  • We will schedule a follow-up visit to address your concerns
  • Adjustments to placement or substitutions can be made
  • If issues cannot be resolved, partial refunds may be available
